One week in perfect balance between vacation adventures and therapy workshops led by multi-award-winning Clinical Sexologist, Gottman-trained Relationship Therapist, Dr. Stephanie Bathurst.
Dr. Bathurst provides 8 days of retreat, 5 of which are focused on 1-1 training and instruction with 4-5 hours of therapy daily.
Leave with the education, skills, and growth of 6 months worth (24 hours) of couples therapy for maximum healing and reconnection.
Each excursion has deepened meaning to help you ground in the experience and synchronize perfectly with your goals of attunement and connection.

This retreat is small group with Dr. Bathurst. With a small group dynamic, your clinical therapist and marital/couples retreat manager is 100% devoted to you, your partner(s), and your relationship for a the fullest experience.

This advanced therapeutic retreat specifically targets Physical, Emotional, and Sexual Intimacy enhancement through clinically-guided workshops while the excursions fulfill Experiential Intimacy needs within the relationship.
These workshops meet the clinical standards of Gottman's 3rd phase of betrayal Repair, (re) Attachment, to heal past painful moments that pose a barrier to connection.
We integrate a functional medicine component to the retreat experience, by ensuring there are optimal nutrients within the meal and snacks we provide during your stay, in the aromatherapy placed on the grounds, amino acids and hydration packets offered before hikes, and aphrodisiac stimulants you may taste test during workshops, etc.

Each excursion will be linked to a therapeutic exercise or concept, to be included at the beginning of the experience for deepened meaning and full therapeutic immersion, led by certified, local specialists.
All excursions (land and sea) are accompanied by photography by the guides. All photos are accessible to clients in an online album at the end of their retreat week. There is an option to choose photos for print into a physical book and shipped home.
We handle all transportation to and from each excursion. We also take care of private meal reservations for each party after each excursion. Clients are responsible for the cost of their lunch and dinner meals, however, we handle all planning, reservations, and transportation after each excursion meal so that you may enjoy the experience to the fullest.
Home-cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in your package. We gather each morning with the group for a hearty breakfast and guide intention-setting for the day, emotional grounding, and creating positive headspace.
During your retreat stay, you have free use of our private grounds during downtime which includes the use of our:
- Red Light Machine, Medicinal Cabinet of Essential Oils, yoga mats, and beach essentials, etc.
